What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care coordination and evidence-based clinical interventions to support clients in managing and improving their health. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and client-centred care.
Conduct nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
Coordinate care and provide clinical interventions, monitoring and health education
Partner with clients, carers and families to support informed healthcare decisions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality and safety initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care delivery
Selection Criteria:
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Relevant clinical experience in speciality
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development
Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
