What you'll be doing
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational and business goals
Drive shifts and set the pace for team performance and customer experience
Develop and lead team members, building capability for future growth
Create memorable guest experiences that build loyalty and repeat business
Maintain quality & high standards across food quality, cleanliness and presentation
Ensure safety, compliance and operational excellence across every shift
Support key business functions including rostering, labour and inventory management
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have leadership experience within QSR, pub and casual dining or another quick-paced customer-focused environment
Enjoy coaching and developing others
Lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
Stay calm and focused during busy periods
Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Bring a positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
Are flexible to work a rotating roster based on business needs
