We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team.
Your Role
This is a diverse and exciting role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
Opening and closing of the store
Selling jewellery using excellent interpersonal and sales skills
Buying and providing loans on gold jewellery
Merchandising, displays and promotions
Developing and implementing of systems and procedures
Website Management
Prior knowledge of gold valuation and jewellery assessment is preferred but not essential
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and long-term business goals
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy,



and eager to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years managerial experience
Face-to-face sales experience, specifically in jewellery, is required
A friendly, approachable personality and a positive attitude
Australian work rights or valid visa to work in Australia
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
A desire for long-term involvement in a growing business
An honest, dependable, and professional approach to work
The flexibility and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in jewellery buying
