A well-established FMCG division is looking for a commercially minded Divisional Financial Controller to take a leading role in driving financial and operational performance across a significant part of the business.
This is not a traditional reporting role. You'll be at the heart of the operation - partnering with senior leaders, challenging performance, identifying opportunities and turning financial insight into action.
You'll lead a sizeable finance team across a multi-site environment while maintaining a strong connection to the commercial and operational drivers of the division.
Based in Brisbane, the role will involve regular travel to a key operational site.
The Opportunity
Take ownership of the division's financial performance and provide clear visibility of results, risks and opportunities.
Work alongside operational leadership to identify and deliver improvements in profitability, productivity and cost performance.
Bring commercial rigour to major business decisions through robust analysis, modelling and financial insight.




Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team operating across multiple locations.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure finance is embedded in commercial decision-making.
Play a key role in shaping divisional strategy, business improvement initiatives and future growth.
What You Bring
Senior finance leadership experience gained in FMCG or a complex consumer / services products environment.
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to operational outcomes.
Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and confidence operating at pace.
