The opportunity
You don't need to have managed a venue before. If hospitality is your passion and you want to make a career out of it, we'll train you to become our Assistant Manager and give you the support to grow with the business long term.
We're looking for a rockstar to join our small but mighty team as Assistant Manager, starting the last week of October.
ConKaBar is a café by day and a cocktail bar by night. We need someone with real hands-on skills who is ready to step up and grow into a leadership role with us.
We're a small, fun, tight knit team looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What we're looking for
2+ years experience as a barista, bartender and floor attendant
Confident behind the coffee machine and the cocktail bar
Solid floor presence and a keen eye for service
Willingness to learn admin, Square POS and stock ordering for both a bar and a café (we'll train you)
A genuine people person who loves hospitality and wants to build a career in it
Reliable, loyal and hardworking. We treat our team like family and we need someone who shows up like one
