across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
They are looking for an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join their growing team taking commercial ownership across procurement, contracts, cost management and project financials.

THE ROLE




Lead procurement and tender evaluation across subcontract packages
Negotiate scopes, pricing and subcontract agreements
Administer contracts, variations, claims and project correspondence
Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts and overall project financial performance
Identify opportunities to protect margins and improve project profitability
Support construction programming alongside Site Managers and Foremen
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
7+ years' experience
within construction Contracts Administration
Proven experience delivering
high-end residential projects up to $20m+ (open to Class 1 & 2)
Strong procurement, negotiation and contract administration capabilityStrong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials
Confident operating autonomously across site and stakeholder teams
