E4 People is partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager for a large residential aged care home in Coolum Beach, Queensland.
As Clinical Manager and 2IC, you'll lead a large team of RNs, ENs and Care Staff, oversee governance, care delivery and quality, and work closely with the Facility Manager to drive outcomes. You'll also drive accreditation readiness and continuous improvement.
