Predominantly paediatric & youth caseload
Elizabeth Vale clinic + local community work
Warm, connected team with outstanding supervision
New name, familiar faces.
Avina might be a new name, but you may already know some of our teams. Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy and Tashacare have come together as Avina — one national allied health and behaviour support community with 400+ clinicians across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA.
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our warm and connected Elizabeth Vale team, working across a mix of clinic and community-based therapy.
About the Role
Based from our Elizabeth Vale clinic, you'll work within approximately 30 minutes of the office, including towards Gawler and surrounding areas.
The caseload is predominantly paediatric and youth (around *****%), from early childhood through to adolescence, with a smaller adult caseload.
You'll support clients across feeding, communication and other functional goals, working across the clinic, homes, schools, community and telehealth.
We welcome new graduates, early career and experienced Speech Pathologists, with support tailored to your level of experience.
Meet Your Elizabeth Vale Team
You'll be joining a team of around nine clinicians, led by Courtney Gardiner, with a culture that is warm, friendly and genuinely connected.
The team has weekly meetings, regular supervision and plenty of opportunities to collaborate. New clinicians also have a buddy during their first few weeks, alongside clinical supervision and Communities of Practice.
There's plenty of support when you need it — and, importantly, plenty of banter in the office too!
