Position Title:
Full-time Disability Support Carer

Key Responsibilities
Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily routines
Preparing and serving meals for clients




Assisting clients with movement and mobility needs
Organizing and encouraging participation in social activities
Carrying out household duties, including cleaning and vacuuming
Providing assistance with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
Assisting with shopping and completing everyday errands
Offering companionship, emotional support, and building positive relationships
Skill & Experience
Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in disability support or care services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and patient approach with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent attention to detail and robust observational skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm in challenging situations
