AFSA is seeking a First Nations Culture Assurance & Capability Lead to strengthen cultural safety and reconciliation across the organisation. You will provide specialist, evidence-based guidance, support RAP commitments, and collaborate with leaders, employee networks and RAP action owners.
You will analyse workforce data and feedback, develop practical resources, and monitor progress to ensure First Nations perspectives are reflected in culture and inclusion initiatives.
