An opportunity to step into a highly visible senior leadership role with one of South Australia's long-standing aged care providers. As our Group Manager, Residential Services, you'll lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia, shaping the way care is delivered, leaders are supported and services continue to grow and improve.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Operations, you'll guide and support Residential Service Managers, strengthen operational and clinical performance, and help create environments where residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and teams feel confident to do their best work.
You'll have the scope to influence strategy, lift capability, lead meaningful change and see the impact of your work across multiple homes. It's a role for someone who can balance commercial discipline with compassion, build trust quickly and bring people together around a shared commitment to better outcomes for older people.
In this role, you'll make an impact by:
Leading, coaching and developing Residential Service Managers across your portfolio.
Driving excellence in quality, safety, governance, compliance and resident experience.
Leading complex change with confidence, care and a strong focus on practical outcomes.
Building confident, capable leadership teams who feel supported to perform at their best.
Using data, feedback and insights to identify opportunities, manage risk and lift performance.
Partnering with clinical, hotel services, rostering, quality and corporate teams to deliver joined-up outcomes.
What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced,



values-led leader who is confident operating in a complex service environment. You'll bring sound judgement, strong relationship skills and the ability to coach leaders, manage competing priorities and turn ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference.
Clinical experience in aged care or other health discipline.
Significant leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a similarly complex environment.
Strong operational, quality and financial management capability.
Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
A passion for person-centred care and positive resident outcomes.
Relevant qualifications in health, aged care, management or a related discipline.
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
