Casual shifts include sleepovers, days, weekends and weekdays with at least 3 shifts per week and weekend sleepovers required.
Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 1 year in Residential Care or relevant settings, resilience, and a solid understanding of developmental needs and trauma.
