Our client is seeking an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse on the Gold Coast.
The role will be responsible for managing a team of approximately
10 warehouse staff
, ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to required service standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
Coordinate daily workloads and allocate tasks across the team
Manage inventory accuracy and stock control
Monitor warehouse processes and productivity
Ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
Maintain workplace health and safety standards
Train and support warehouse employees
Manage staff performance and attendance




Liaise with transport, sales and other internal departments
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes
About you The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
Experience managing a team of warehouse staff
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control
Positive organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and people management skills
A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse management
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
Current forklift licence
Experience with warehouse management systems
