Bupa is seeking a Strategy and Insights Manager in Melbourne to lead workforce analytics, forecasting capability and planning for the ADF Health Services contract. This hands-on role focuses on collecting and modeling data to deliver trusted workforce forecasts for 50+ Health Centres and informs operational decisions.
You will translate business requirements into a strategic roadmap, establish data standards and build dashboards for workforce KPIs while working with senior leaders.
