About the role:
The Building Asset & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance activities across a portfolio of 128 commercial and residential structures. The role develops and implements preventative maintenance schedules, manages reactive maintenance requests, conducts asset inspections, maintains accurate asset data, and ensures buildings remain protected, compliant, and fit‐for‐purpose. The coordinator will engage contractors, manage work orders, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement in asset management systems and processes. This role is central to optimising asset lifecycle performance and supporting organisational operational readiness.
