Slipstream Brewing Co. is seeking a talented Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie for its busy kitchen in Queensland. You will lead service, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when needed while upholding high food-safety standards.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, have a calm, qualified approach, and are available for weekends and nights with full Australian working rights.
