Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Community Rapid Response Service. The role offers high clinical autonomy, rapid assessment, and treatment for acute illness and complex conditions in community settings across North West Tasmania.
You will lead clinical excellence, collaborate with GPs, pharmacists and allied health, mentor staff and contribute to service development and evaluation. This is a full time, shift-based role with pro rata salary support.
