About the Role:
Lead organisational readiness for the operational technology Migration, supporting SCADA transformation, automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Drive stakeholder engagement, change communications, technical training and workforce readiness while addressing human-factor risks. Establish sustainable BAU training and competency frameworks to support safe, effective adoption of upgraded operational systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead change and business readiness for complex technology transformations within operational environments.
Engage and influence operational teams, technical specialists, leaders and workforce representatives.
Develop role-based training and sustainable BAU capability models.
Translate technical change into practical workforce impacts, readiness and adoption actions.
Manage human factors, psychosocial risks and stakeholder relationships.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in integrated change, communications, training and business readiness for operational Technologies upgrades, SCADA migration,



automation and AI-enabled transformation.
Assessed organisational impacts, readiness risks and transition requirements, providing transparent recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Built trusted relationships across operational, technical, safety, workforce and delivery teams.
Assessed role, workload, human-factor, wellbeing and psychological safety impacts, implementing appropriate controls.
Has developed role-based training, competency frameworks, simulations and adoption measures, establishing sustainable BAU training, governance and continuous improvement models.
Certification in a recognised change management methodology. Prosci certification is highly desirable.
Human factors, learning, safety or psychosocial risk qualifications are desirable.
