Junior
Administration Assistant
to join our Accounts and Administration team. This is more than just answering phones and filing paperwork. You'll play an important role in keeping our systems, client information, administration and team processes running smoothly. This role will bea permanent part-time arrangement, working
Wednesday, Thursday,
and
Friday
in our
Manly-based office
each week (ideally 9 am to 5 pm). This work pattern may increase over time.
No previous administration experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration.

As a
Junior Administration Assistant
, you'll work alongside our team and receive training and support as you learn the role. You'll assist with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries and manage incoming emails and correspondence in a professional and friendly manner.
Enter and maintain accurate information, client records and documentation within company systems and databases.
Assist with accounts administration,
payment follow-ups and NDIS-related administrative processes.
Prepare documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
Monitor task boards, follow up outstanding actions and support client onboarding, exits and endorsements.
Provide general office administration, filing, record management and day-to-day support to managers and team members.
Full training will be provided
, so you don't need to have previous administration experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable and willing to get involved.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a reliable,enthusiastic and motivated team member who is keen to learn and build their career in administration.
You will ideally have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, approachable manner.
Confidence communicating by phone and handling sensitive matters professionally.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks, work independently, and follow tasks through to completion.
Confidence learning new systems and
strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word,Outlook and Excel).
Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Understanding of confidentiality, accurate record keeping, and professional workplace standards.
