About the role
You will support the accurate and timely calculation, reconciliation and reporting of royalty receivables and payables across Standards Australia's domestic and international partners.
What you'll do
Calculate and reconcile royalty income from domestic and international distribution partners
Prepare and calculate royalty payable reports
Perform monthly and quarterly royalty reconciliations and investigate variances
Maintain royalty calculation models, supporting documentation and audit trails
Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities relating to royalty revenue and expenditure
Conduct analysis of royalty trends, pricing impacts and distribution partner performance
Monitor compliance with distribution agreements
Contribute to data quality, system improvement and automation initiatives
About you
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline
Some experience with financial reconciliations, data analysis or transactional processing, gained through employment, an internship, university projects or similar experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail
Curious mindset, with a desire to learn through asking questions
