Your Impact
As a Full-Time Property Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in:
Leading and coordinating the delivery of commercial gardening and grounds maintenance services across allocated portfolios.
Ensuring the delivery of gardening services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Providing direct supervision, coaching, and performance improvement of Award and Supported Employees, while also supporting workforce capability development and operational consistency across teams.
What you'll do:
Lead, supervise, and develop Gardening team members to achieve high performance and service standards.
Oversee daily operational delivery of gardening and grounds maintenance services across assigned contracts and sites.
Ensure operational procedures, systems, and work practices are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
Ensure all work is delivered in line with WHS legislation, policies, and safe operating procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
Maintain responsibility for fleet, tools, and equipment, including servicing, condition, and compliance requirements.
Operate and oversee safe use of machinery including ride-on mowers and towing of trailers.
Provide on-site cover and operational support during staff absences or peak workload periods.
Act as a key point of contact for clients,



ensuring strong communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Promote the organisation's brand through professional customer engagement and service delivery.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
What you'll bring:
Experience in commercial gardening, grounds maintenance, or similar operational environment
Demonstrated experience supervising teams in a commercial or service-based operation
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practices
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in client-facing roles
Current Western Australian Driver's Licence
Experience operating ride-on equipment and safely towing trailers.
