Good Fella Coffee is looking for a capable
Cook, Chef or experienced Kitchen All-Rounder
to join our fun, fast-paced café and bakery in Bella Vista.
Our signature bagels are hand rolled, boiled and baked fresh every day. Alongside them, we serve gourmet pizzas, house-made sausage rolls, salads and a café menu focused on flavour, freshness and consistency.

, working closely with our kitchen team across preparation, cooking and service.
This is an active, diverse role suited to someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, follows recipes carefully and keeps their workstation organised. Qualified chefs, experienced cooks and kitchen hands with strong food preparation skills are encouraged to apply.
What you'll be doing
Preparing ingredients and setting up your station for a smooth service.
Cooking, assembling and presenting menu items consistently and efficiently.
Working with dough, including preparing, hand rolling, boiling and baking bagels and preparing pizza dough.
Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.




Coordinating with the team to manage orders during busy periods.
Checking freshness, rotating stock and storing and labelling food correctly.
Monitoring ingredients and flagging stock requirements.
Keeping workstations, equipment and shared kitchen areas clean, safe and ready for use.
Pitching in with dishes, cleaning and general kitchen duties as needed.
What we're looking for
Experience in a café, restaurant, bakery or similar commercial kitchen.
Strong food preparation skills and an eye for quality and presentation.
The ability to work efficiently and stay organised under pressure.
A reliable, positive approach and clear communication with your teammates.
Sound food hygiene practices and pride in maintaining a clean kitchen.
Initiative—you notice what needs doing and help keep the kitchen moving.
Experience with dough, bagels or pizza preparation is highly regarded. Tell us about your strengths and the experience you would bring to the team.
