The successful candidate will prepare meat by removing bones, trimming fat, cutting, mincing and grinding to order, and will handle crumbed cuts, seasoning, and smallgoods production.
Required are 3 years of butcher experience, Certificate III in Meat Processing or related qualification, OH&S; awareness, and Food Handling
