Lead a small, friendly team at our Old Reynella pharmacy. This is a genuine leadership role where you'll own the store's retail performance, shape your team and see the direct results of your work. For the right person, it's also a stepping stone: we're committed to developing our managers, and this role offers a clear pathway into our larger pharmacy sites.
Key responsibilities
Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service, every day
Driving sales and achieving targets and key performance indicators
Coaching, developing and reviewing your team, both as a group and individually
Managing inventory and stock control using FRED systems
Handling retail administration, including rosters and banking
Owning category management and merchandising to keep the store looking its best
About you
Retail or supermarket management experience (essential)
Community pharmacy experience (highly regarded, but not essential; we'll support you to learn)
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, handle conflict and build effective teams
Strong decision-making and business analysis skills
A hands-on approach to using KPIs to achieve results
The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of WHS and quality management systems
Salary of circa $80,000 plus superannuation (pro rata for part time)
Performance bonus linked to KPIs, so your results are rewarded
Fully funded Certificate III or IV industry training
