Blue Card (Working With Children Check) or ability to obtain
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to complete prior to commencement)
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions during a shift
Calm, confident presence when supporting adolescent girls
Organised, reliable and able to maintain structure and routine
Experience in residential care, youth work or boarding (highly regarded)
Right to work in Australia
