Nest Montessori Children's House is a small, family run, 64-place centre embracing the Montessori approach to education and care. We are seeking an experienced Diploma qualified Educator to join our Olive group (children aged 15 months up to 3 years).
The Role
The role requires a warm and patient Diploma level Educator (qualified or working towards) to work as an active team member, providing high quality education and care within a Montessori setting. Though experience is not essential as training can be provided, alignment with the Montessori philosophy is required.

work collaboratively with your Educator team
proactively reflect on the environment to best meet the needs of the children
liaise with families in regard to the day-to-day happenings
About you
Diploma (or equivalent qualification) or working towards obtaining the qualification
Current Working with Children Check
A thorough understanding of child safety requirements
Understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, NQS and EYLF
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team setting
