Anglicare WA is seeking a Service Manager, Youth Services to lead a large, distributed team across Perth, including the Foyer Oxford in Leederville. You will set strategic direction, strengthen partnerships, and drive service quality and innovation within residential, crisis, and outreach programs for young people.
The role is full time (37.5 hours/week) with a focus on culture, risk management and proactive workforce wellbeing, reporting to senior leadership and influencing state-wide youth
