Q-Lab Dental is seeking a proactive Business Operations Manager to lead our operational, administrative and production systems in Perth. You will drive efficiency, schedule production, allocate resources and align lab output with strategic goals.
You'll manage rosters, training and performance, partner with Aria Group leaders and clinicians, monitor budgets and KPI reporting, and push digital workflows and CAD/CAM processes to ensure on-time, high-quality restorations.
