About the Role
As the first and last impression our guests have of The International, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their entire experience. Your role will involve:
Being the warm, welcoming face of our venue
Greeting and warmly welcoming guests with genuine hospitality
Managing reservations and seating with confidence and efficiency
Assisting with guest enquiries and requests, going above and beyond every time
Working closely with the floor and management teams to keep things running seamlessly
Helping create an exceptional experience from the very moment guests arrive
We're Looking for Someone Who




Has previous hospitality or customer service experience under their belt
Is confident, friendly, and always well-presented
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
Can remain calm, cool, and qualified even when the venue is buzzing
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
Is available to work evenings and weekends
