To drive profitable sales growth by proactively identifying, pursuing and converting current business opportunities, while managing and growing existing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify and secure new business aligned with MCC's growth targets
Build a healthy pipeline of high-value, high-margin opportunities
Lead customer proposals and negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes
Account Management & Growth
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer contacts
Deliver best-in-class service that protects revenue and ensures retention
Create and execute account plans that drive revenue and margin growth
Monitor and manage customer stock levels, credit, and cash flow in line with MCC processes
Conduct regular account reviews and present data-driven insights to clients




Gather and share market intelligence to inform team strategy and execution
Stakeholder Management
Build trusted partnerships with both internal teams (Sales Support, Prepress, Production, Logistics, and Management) and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Communicate proactively and clearly to align customer expectations with operational execution
Collaborate across departments to identify and act on opportunities for margin improvement, cost savings, and process optimisation
Act as a team player by offering timely support, sharing insights, and contributing to shared goals
Share knowledge and support team initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Commercial Performance
Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets within expense budgets
Apply commercial acumen in pricing, deal structuring, and profitability analysis
Drive process improvements that enhance customer value and MCC efficiency
