Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Commercial Property Manager to take the lead on a quality portfolio and help shape the next stage of the property management team.
The Opportunity
You'll manage a diverse portfolio spanning office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets, with the autonomy to run it your way and the support of a collaborative team around you. You'll be the trusted point of contact for your owners, focused on protecting and improving asset performance rather than simply reacting to issues.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a commercial portfolio end to end, from onboarding through to lease expiry and renewal
Building strong, proactive relationships with owners and tenants
Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, arrears and outgoings reconciliations




Preparing budgets and owner reports with explicit, practical recommendations
Coordinating maintenance, compliance and capital works with trusted contractors
Working closely with the in-house sales and leasing team to deliver results for clients
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager within an agency environment
Experience across office, retail, industrial or mixed portfolios
Solid knowledge of commercial leases, retail shop lease legislation and trust accounting
Confidence managing owner relationships and negotiating with tenants
Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication
Full Queensland Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Current driver's licence
