Susuru Izakaya in Newcastle CBD is seeking an experienced Full-Time Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, drawing on a passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and a mindset geared to high quality food. You will train the team, help develop our menu, oversee food safety and costing, and work in a fast-paced workplace with our in-house dumpling and ramen production.
