Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Australia (Sydney and Melbourne) to act as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts, delivering tailored networking and security solutions and guiding deployments across environments.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with R&D;, reproduce customer environments in lab setups, and create documents to improve knowledge sharing. Regular site visits and proactive guidance on current releases are expected.
