Description
Lead a large-scale operational business unit with full P&L; accountability.
Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Champion a high-performing safety culture across the workforce.
Lead, coach and develop leaders and frontline teams.
Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver business objectives across operational, financial and customer metrics.
Partner with executive leadership to support broader business strategy.
Profile
You are a proven operational leader with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams in industrial services, logistics, transport, infrastructure, manufacturing, environmental services or related sectors.
