Safe Steps is Victoria's 24/7 statewide family violence response centre, delivering information, crisis support, and safety planning to victim-survivors. We are seeking a Family Violence Crisis Specialist Intake & Assessment to provide specialist first response by phone and webchat.
You will assess risk within the MARAM framework, work with diverse communities, and ensure high-quality services in line with state legislation and Protected Steps values of integrity, diversity and empowerment.
