Clinical Facilitator – Gastroenterology/Day Procedures Unit
We are seeking an experienced
Perioperative Registered Nurse
to join the Perioperative Clinical Education Team at
Greenslopes Private Hospital.
This role is a
permanent full-time
position.
In this role, you will provide education, mentorship, and clinical expertise to nursing staff within our expanding Gastroenterology/Day Procedure Unit, supporting excellence in patient care under the guidance of the Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating department based training and clinical competency assessments.
Providing hands‐on clinical support to our nursing teams.
Delivering education plans for the provision of the highest standards of patient care.
About You
As the clinical facilitator you are a passionate perioperative nurse who thrives in a clinical education and mentorship role. You bring exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and time management to support the diverse educational needs of staff across varying shifts.
Relevant Nursing Registration with AHPRA
Three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years recent experience in Gastroenterology/Day Procedure units
Previous experience in an education role is an advantage
Post Graduate qualification in perioperative nursing (or working towards)
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
