Prime Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is looking for an
exceptional Physiotherapist
to join our Hamilton team.
Our ideal candidate has
3–5 years' experience
, loves musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy,
is confident with hands‐on treatment, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation, and wants somewhere they can
stay, grow and build the next stage of their career
.
For the right person, this role can develop beyond a standard clinical position, with future opportunities to progress
into
Senior Physiotherapist, Clinical Lead or Team Leader
, including mentoring junior physiotherapists and new graduates.
New graduates with a great attitude are also welcome to apply

Your caseload will be predominantly MSK and may include:
Sports and musculoskeletal injuries
Spinal, shoulder, knee and other joint conditions
Acute and chronic pain
Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
Gym-based rehabilitation and strengthening
Hydrotherapy
WorkCover and return-to-work rehabilitation
Medicare EPC/CDM
NDIS
Functional assessments
Occasional home visits according to client need

For Experienced Physiotherapists
We're particularly interested in a physiotherapist with
3–5 years' experience

For New Graduates

New graduates will receive a
structured mentoring program
, including:
Weekly 1:1 mentoring
Mentoring from a senior physiotherapist with
21 years' experience
Support from other experienced physiotherapists within the team
Practical clinical skills development
Regular case discussions and clinical reasoning support
Fortnightly team meetings
Gradual development of confidence, independence and caseload management
You won't be expected to figure everything out alone.
About You
You'll ideally have:
3–5 years' physiotherapy experience
— preferred
Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills
Dry needling experience
— highly regarded
Strong clinical reasoning and exercise rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication and ability to build rapport
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
A genuine commitment to excellent patient outcomes
A desire to continue learning and developing
Current AHPRA registration
Physiotherapists on suitable limited registration arrangements are also welcome to apply.
