Assume day-to‐day responsibility for the 3rd Party Service (3PS) warehouse and repair centre operation.
Drive technician productivity, workflow efficiency and service performance.
Manage inventory control, space utilisation and operational reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational scalability as volumes increase and recent brands are onboarded.
Provide an additional leadership layer within the service centre to support future growth.
