Ensure every scheme meets current legislation and best practice standards.

Run committee meetings and AGMs that bring people together and create solutions.
Oversee the details:
Coordinate property maintenance and service providers to deliver quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Strata Manager with a solid understanding of strata legislation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
