One Mile in Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail team, drive daily operations, sales targets and customer experience while upholding visual merchandising and stock control.
Weekend availability is required with a start date from mid November. You will coach staff, manage rosters, report to the Retail Operations Manager, and foster a high-energy, customer-centric shop floor.
