MAMO is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow presence across Sydney's architecture, design and construction industries. This is a relationship-led role focused on connecting architects, interior designers, developers, builders and other project professionals with MAMO's premium natural stone range. You will identify new opportunities, develop long-term client relationships and help position MAMO as a trusted partner from initial design selection through to project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Developing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders and other industry professionals
Using existing industry connections while actively building new relationships and accounts
Identifying upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects
Creating opportunities for MAMO products to be selected and specified
Presenting stone range through studio presentations, showroom appointments and project meetings
Advising clients on stone selection, finishes, applications and project suitability
Managing opportunities from initial contact through to specification and sale
Maintaining an active pipeline and following up consistently with clients
Coordinating samples, product information, pricing and project requirements




Representing MAMO at industry events, design shows and networking functions
About you
Experience in business development, specification sales, account management or a similar client-facing role
Established relationships within the architecture, design, development or construction industries
Knowledge of natural stone, architectural surfaces or related building products
An understanding of the specification and project sales process
The confidence to present products and communicate with design and construction professionals
A proactive approach to developing new business and maintaining client relationships
Strong commercial awareness, organisation and follow-through
