At Stratco, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable leader ready to take ownership of a critical function, inspire their team to new levels of performance, and help drive the ongoing evolution of our finance operations.
Based at our Gepps Cross Head Office, you'll influence business-wide improvements and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across one of Australia's most respected manufacturing and retail organisations. Your broad responsibilities will include;
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Accounts Payable team
Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Managing workloads, priorities and performance to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Overseeing the accurate processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments
Streamlining processes and driving smarter ways of working
Strengthening controls, governance and compliance practices
Building trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the business
Championing technology adoption and process innovation across the function
About you
You're more than technically capable. You're a team leader that can bring people together, create clarity, build momentum and lift performance.
You'll bring:
Proven Accounts Payable leadership experience within a high-volume environment
A track record of developing people and building engaged teams




Strong commercial acumen and financial controls knowledge
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for process improvement and delivering better outcomes
Strong ERP and systems capability, ideally including Oracle Fusion or similar platforms
