Jr Sous Chef
Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of meals
Hands on role with team of industry professionals in each kitchen
Follow food safety in accordance to legislation within the kitchen
Ability to cross skill over our venues from fine dining, events and casual dining offerings
Seafood focused menus using sustainable and quality produce
Roles covers all sections of Pasta, Antipasto, Crudo, fryer & pastry
Full time roles with good hours
Skills Required:
Robust team focus, and people management skills
Must be experienced in high volume & functions
Highly organised and strong on rostering & ordering
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
