We are DingGo
At DingGo, we know that dealing with a damaged car can be stressful, painful and inconvenient. We're here to change that.
Founded in ****, DingGo is a fast-growing technology platform transforming the smash repair industry through innovation and digitisation. As a leading Accident and Incident Management provider, we work closely with major corporates, government bodies, SMEs, repairers and insurers to deliver a customer-first approach to vehicle repairs.
Our reach is expanding across Australia and New Zealand, and we're ready to take the business to the next level. Join us as we change the way Australians repair their vehicles.
About the role
We're in an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable communicator to join our Communications team on the frontline of our enquiries.
Your main focus will be taking First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls. That means you'll be the first voice our customers hear after an accident or vehicle damage, often at a stressful moment. You'll capture the key details of the incident, offer genuine reassurance, and guide them clearly through the next steps.
Reporting to the Claims & Communications Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our Accident Management Assist line and general business enquiries.
What you'll do
Answer inbound FNOL calls and accurately record incident, driver and vehicle details
Reassure customers and clearly explain what happens next in the repair and claims process
Handle general enquiries by phone and email from customers, clients and repairers
Create and update records across our internal systems with a high level of accuracy

Hand cases over smoothly to our Case Handlers and other teams so nothing falls through the cracks
Follow up on outstanding information and keep customers informed
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share them with the team
What you'll bring
A customer-first mindset and solid experience in a customer service role
Strong administration skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
A calm, professional manner and the ability to think on your feet, as no two calls are the same
Confidence with technology and picking up new systems quickly
Transparent, empathetic written and verbal communication
A willingness to work with a diverse team and with customers across metro and regional areas
Call centre or contact centre experience
Experience in insurance, claims, fleet, automotive or smash repair, not essential
Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
Life at DingGo
Modern offices in Rhodes with a free gym membership and easy public transport access
Hybrid working: your first 6 months are office-based to support your training and onboarding, after which you can work from home up to 2 days per week. This is assessed on a case by case basis.
Comprehensive training so you feel confident from day one
Regular socials and team building activities
Real opportunities to grow your career with us, with pathways across different departments
A team that lives our core values of care, value and ease
Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad .
