Delivery Driver - Parcel Deliveries (Emerald Region)
Synergie is seeking a reliable Van Delivery Driver for parcel deliveries across the Emerald region
The key parts:
Casual Grade 2 Transport Award rate of $***** per hour
Day shifts (Monday to Friday) with weekly pay
Opportunity to work independently delivering parcels throughout the EmeraldRegion
What you will be required to do:
As a Delivery Driver, you will safely load, transport and deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Emerald region.
Load and organise parcels in delivery-route order
Complete deliveries safely, accurately and within scheduled timeframes
Correctly record deliveries and complete all run sheets accordingly
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Follow road rules, safe manual-handling practices and workplace procedures
To be successful in the role you will:
Hold a current Australian C-Class driver licence and have a safe driving record
Be physically fit and capable of safely lifting, carrying and delivering parcels throughout the shift – Must pass a pre-employment medical
Have previous delivery driving, courier or transport experience (highly regarded)
Demonstrate good route planning,



time management and attention to detail
Have full working rights in Australia and reliable transport to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
