A dedicated leasing team assists with the leasing function, while an experienced Department Head and General Manager provide hands‐on support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a straightforward residential portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Handle tenancy matters and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare for and attend NCAT matters when required
Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
Work closely with the dedicated leasing team
Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of client service

THE PERSON
Previous Property Management experience
Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
Organised with strong time‐management skills
Professional and solutions‐focused approach
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
