Join a well-established, client-focused financial planning firm as a Financial Adviser, stepping into a genuine servicing role with an existing client base and the support to focus on what matters most, building robust, lasting client relationships and delivering quality, strategic advice.
You will be part of a structured, well-resourced environment where advisers are set up to succeed. With dedicated Associate Advisers and Client Service Managers, along with continued investment in people, technology and advice processes, the framework is in place to support consistent, high-quality outcomes without the distraction of heavy administration. This is a role centred on advice and relationships, not sales, within a team that values professionalism, collaboration and doing the right thing by clients.
What the role involves
Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Delivering comprehensive financial advice across wealth creation, retirement planning, superannuation and risk strategies
Leading client meetings, reviews and strategy discussions with a focus on clarity and value
Working closely with Associate Advisers and Client Service Managers to prepare and implement advice
Reviewing and refining strategies in line with client objectives, market conditions and legislative changes
Maintaining high compliance standards, including oversight of Statements of Advice and documentation
Contributing to a collaborative team environment and sharing knowledge across the advice team
What is on offer
A genuine servicing role with an established client base, no expectation to generate new business
Strong internal support structure including Associate Advisers and Client Service Managers
A well-established, self-licensed firm with robust processes and governance in place
A collaborative, professional culture focused on client outcomes and long-term relationships
Flexibility within the overall package aligned to experience, supported by a structured bonus framework
Ongoing development within a business that continues to invest in its people, systems and advice capability
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Financial Adviser, with three years preferred. They will bring strong technical capability, a genuine commitment to client outcomes and the ability to build trust through clear, thoughtful communication. An adviser who is organised, accountable and comfortable working within a structured, well-supported advice framework will be well suited to this environment.
