Cook and prepare nutritious meals for residents
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Adapt meals to individual dietary and texture requirements
Follow IDDSI requirements when preparing modified meals
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently during busy kitchen periods
Coordinate with kitchen and care teams
Assist with menu preparation and planning
Monitor stock and support ordering requirements




Control food costs and minimise unnecessary waste
Create variety through culturally appropriate meal options
Requirements & Eligibility 13 Criteria
Commercial Chef experience
Strong interest in quality food preparation
South American cuisine experience preferred
Knowledge of Brazilian, Peruvian, Colombian, Argentinian or Chilean cuisine advantageous
Experience in high-volume food production
Understanding of dietary requirements
Strong food safety and hygiene practices
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
