The Star Sydney is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the Sovereign Team at The Star Sydney, delivering premium dining experiences for VIP guests in a luxe setting.
You will oversee Asian and Western stations, coach junior cooks, uphold HACCP standards, manage stock and assist the Executive Chef to elevate guest service while working 40 hours per week across varied shifts. This role offers mentorship from renowned chefs and opportunities to develop leadership in a energetic kitchen.
