Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a committed Physiotherapist to join the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service for outpatient rehabilitation at Modbury Hospital, SA. The role is based in the Day Rehabilitation Service (SpARC) and supports a versatile ***** hours per week roster.
You will assess and treat rehabilitation outpatients, work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to discharge planning and continuous improvement across NALHN sites.
